Burkitbekov Madi Kusayynovich

General Director, Chairman of the Management Board TenizService LLP

Born in 1980, in 2001 graduated from the Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov in Taldykorgan,   specializing in Managing Manager, in 2003 - Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Master's Degree, postgraduate studies) in Almaty, specializing in Management and Business, in 2022 - Geneva Business School on the Master of Business Administration program (MBA) with specialization in international management.

Began his career as a lecturer at the Economics and Business Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in August 2003, where he worked until February 2004. From February 004 to January 2007 he worked in Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC as a project manager of the Corporate Clients Department, then from January to October 2007 as a Director of the branch of Nurbank JSC in Kustanai.

He also had work experience in the company Digital TV LLP as Deputy Director for Economics and Finance from 2007 to 2009, in NC KazMunayGas JSC from July 2009 to July 2010 as the 1^st Category Manager of the Service Business Development Department.

In August 2010, joined TenizService LLP as Advisor to the General Director for Corporate Development.

On November 10, 2016, appointed as the Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance.

Since June 27, 2021, appointed to the position of the General Director of the Partnership by the General Meeting of Participants of TenizService LLP.

Awarded with a Letter of Gratitude of NC KazMunayGas JSC in connection with the 10th anniversary of establishing TenizService LLP, a Commemorative Badge of NC KazMunayGas JSC for impeccable work in the oil and gas industry, a Jubilee Medal Kazakhstan Munayyina 120 Zhyl of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a Jubilee Medal Kazakhstan Republikasyn Tauelsizdigine 30 Zhyl.

Umarov Yerbolat Bulatzhanovich

Deputy General Director for Operations of TenizService LLP

Born in 1982, in 2004 graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty, specializing in International Law.

Began his career in July 2001 as Lawyer in Nazar NVA LLP, since 2005 since 2005 he worked in the judiciary authorities and civil service. From 2009 to 2013 he held the position of Deputy Head, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Regulation of Nature Management in Atyrau region, from 2013 to 2015 he was Akim of Makat district of Atyrau region.  From 2016 to 2019 he worked in GTES-Stroy LLP as Advisor to the General Director, from 2020 to 2021 - as the Head of the Department of Ecology for North-Kazakhstan region of the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2021 was appointed as the Deputy Akim of Atyrau.

From April 2024 is the Deputy General Director for Operations of TenizService LLP.

Marital status - married, raising four children.

Tussupbekov Damir

Deputy General Director for Business, Development, member of the Management Board of TenizService LLP

Born in 1989, in 2009 graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A.Buketov, specializing in Law, in 2011 graduated from non-state accredited private educational institution of higher professional education Modern Humanitarian Academy in Moscow, specializing in Law. Holds Master’s Degree.

Began his career in July 2006 as Legal Assistant at Zhilpromstroy LLP in Karaganda, where he worked until October 2008 before he was enrolled in the army.  

Since November 2009 started working in the Legal and Organizational Department of TenizService LLP, then transferred to the Corporate Development Department, in 2014 was appointed as the Director of the Corporate Development Department.

On November 16, 2022 approved to the position of the Deputy General Director for Business Development of TenizServices LLP.

Awarded with a Letter of Gratitude of NC KazMunayGas JSC in connection with the 10th anniversary of establishing TenizService LLP, Certificate of Honor of NC KazMunayGas JSC commemorated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Letter of Gratitude of the Akimat of Mangistau region to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Ulzhabayeva Liza Uspanovna

Deputy General Director for Business, Development, member of the Management Board of TenizService LLP

Graduated from the Almaty Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering and Aktau State University named after Sh. Yesenov with a degree in Economics and Management in the Social Sphere and Industries.
She started her career as a teacher of special technology at the city vocational school in Zhanaozen, later worked in a construction company as the head of a planning and production group. She held the position of head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Mangystau region, having started her career in this organization as a specialist in the Department of capital construction.
In February 2013, she was accepted into TenizService LLP as an adviser to the General Director on general issues.
She was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Akim of Mangistau region, the Jubilee Medal of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Shaimardanov Almaz Sirekgaliyevich

Director of Atyrau branch of TenizService LLP

Born in 1978, in 2002 graduated from the West-Kazakhstan State University in Uralsk, specializing in Organization of Road Traffic, in 2012 graduated from the Caspian State University of Technologies and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov in Aktau, specializing in Oil and Gas Business.

Began his career in 2000 in the Kazakhstan branch of SAIPEM S.p.A. in logistics, worked 6 years in the EPC construction project at the Karachaganak oilfield, Aksai, Western Kazakhstan, since January 2006 continued his career working in ERSAI Caspian Contractor LLP in Aktau, Mangistau region and afterwards as the Head of Procurement Department and Procurement Coordinator.

Since May 2021, has been working as the Director of Atyrau branch of TenizService LLP.
