With the signing in December 1993 of an Agreement on the establishment of an international consortium consisting of the Kazakh company "Kazakhstankaspiyshelf" and six oil giants – Agip, British Gas, BP/Statoil, Mobil, Shell and Total - the Republic of Kazakhstan took the first independent steps to explore the subsoil and develop offshore fields in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea.
At that time, young and independent Kazakhstan, which did not have its own coastal infrastructure, with the exception of the seaport in Aktau and its branch in Bautino, was in dire need of new infrastructure facilities focused on supporting exploration and production in offshore fields. Against the background of these events, the history of TenizService LLP began. It was in 2003, when the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan developed and then approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan a program for the development of the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea.
This program formed the basis of a Comprehensive plan for the development of the coastal strip of the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea, which defined an object-by-object plan for the placement of elements of the production coastal infrastructure to support offshore oil operations.
Today, TenizService LLP is the owner and operator of coastal infrastructure facilities, providing a wide range of logistics and production services to support oil operations in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea (KSKM), and successfully continues to implement its projects. It should be taken into account that the requirements of global oil and gas companies for the quality of services provided are very high. In this regard, TenizService LLP carries out serious systematic work aimed at maintaining a decent level of its competitiveness in the service market.
To this end, measures are being taken to attract advanced world technologies, improve the skills of personnel, and ensure that the established production facilities comply with international quality and safety standards.
