The main activities of TenizService LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership) are related to the development of investment projects, management of design, construction and operation of infrastructure facilities to support offshore oil operations, including cargo transshipment services, reception and disposal of industrial toxic waste, reception, storage and release of petroleum products.

TenizService LLP declares its intention:

1. To protect the health of the staff and the population living in the areas of the Partnership's activities, as well as to preserve a favorable environment.
2. Rational use of natural resources, both involved in production and located in the regions of the Partnership's activity, through the introduction of resource-saving and energy-efficient technologies and/or the use of alternative energy sources.
3. Constantly improve the state of industrial safety, labor protection and the environment, including by improving the reliability of technological equipment, ensuring its safe and trouble-free operation, introducing new technologies and automated emergency response systems, motivation systems for employees of the Partnership.
4. To maintain the readiness of the management bodies of the Partnership, personnel, emergency rescue services and formations for actions to eliminate possible accidents, fires and emergencies, as well as to increase the level of equipment of fire-fighting and emergency rescue formations.
5. To reduce the anthropogenic load on the environment from newly commissioned facilities by improving the quality of preparation of pre-design and project documentation.
6. To observe the priority of actions and measures aimed at preventing negative impacts on personnel and the public, the environment, in relation to measures to eliminate the consequences of such impacts.
7. To increase the efficiency of production control and internal audit over compliance with legal requirements in the field of industrial safety, labor protection and the environment at the facilities of the Partnership in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

The top management of the Partnership LLP undertakes obligations:

1. To ensure safe and healthy working conditions that contribute to the prevention of injuries and deterioration of the health of employees in connection with the work performed.
2. To protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution both from newly commissioned Partnership facilities and from existing ones, to promote the rational use of resources, as well as the protection of biological diversity and ecosystems in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea.
3. Comply with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan applicable to the activities of the Partnership and international agreements in the field of safety, labor protection and the environment, as well as other requirements adopted by the Partnership.
4. Constantly improve the management systems of BiOT and OOS, increase their effectiveness.
5. Consult with employees and their representatives, ensure their participation in decision-making in the field of biotechnology.
6. Require contractors working for the Partnership to comply with the requirements accepted in the Partnership for industrial, fire and environmental safety, labor protection, prevention of possible emergency situations and preparedness for their liquidation.
7. To assess the impact of the types of economic activities and services planned for use, purchased products, on the health of personnel and the public, the environment.
8. Work closely with the public, customers and other stakeholders on issues of occupational safety, environment and industrial safety.
