Kaspiy Meruert Operating Company B.V. is a joint operating company for oil operations under the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) on the contract territory of Zhemchuzhina, signed on December 14, 2005 between the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Shell Exploration Production Offshore Ventures Limited (55%), JSC MNC "KazMunayTeniz" (25%), "Oman Pearls Company Limited" (20%), as a consortium of subsoil users.
The Limited Liability Partnership "Satpayev Operating" was established on January 13, 2011 in order to implement the Contract for exploration and production of hydrocarbons at the site "Satpayev" located in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea, between the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Joint Stock Company "National Company "KazMunayGas".
North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) It is the operating company of the North Caspian Production Sharing Agreement (SRPSK). NCOC is based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. The agreement includes seven companies consisting of KazMunayGas, Eni, ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell, Total SA (16.81% each), China National Petroleum Corporation (8.4%) and Inpex (7.56%).

NMSK Kazmortransflot LLP is a shipping company whose main activity is the development of the national merchant marine fleet to ensure sea transportation in the Caspian Sea and open seas. The Limited Liability Partnership "National Maritime Shipping Company "Kazmortransflot" was established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1239 dated December 4, 1998, in the form of a Joint-stock company. The only participant of "NMSK "Kazmortransflot" LLP is JSC "National Company "KazMunayGas".
The Limited Liability Partnership "N Operating Company" was established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform the function of an Operator during offshore oil operations at the geological contract site "N" located in the southern part of the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea. Eurasia Shelf Drilling Company LLC (BKE Shelf) is an offshore drilling contractor specializing in providing a range of services for the construction of wells for all purposes in the Caspian Sea.
