    The PRORVA wind farm (landing site) is located in the Zhylyoy district of Atyrau region, at coordinates 45°51' 04.06" From 053°06' 25.90"In (WGS-84) 172 km Southeast of Atyrau airfield (Am=136°), 56 km Southwest of Tengiz airfield, the area of the Prorva oil field. Atyrau International Airport is 406 km away. It is intended for performing aerial, transport and communication, rescue and search and rescue operations, urgent sanitary tasks, as well as for performing training flights of such aircraft as: AW-139, Mi-8, Mi-171, Ka-32, EC-145 Gmax = 13 tons. The heliport (PP) has the shape of a square: The FATO zone is 54m x 54m. The TLOF landing and separation zone in the form of a 20m x 20m square is located in the center of the FATO zone and is indicated by a white line. A yellow aiming circle with the letter "H" (white) is located in the center of the TLOF zone. The coating is reinforced concrete. A drainage system is provided at the heliport. Abs. height of the heliport center (PP): – 76.56FT (-23.34m). The magnetic declination is +9°. The certificate of technical readiness of the heliport dated 02/15/2021, registered with JSC "Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan" vh.No. 0866 dated 02/17/2021.
    4 red signal lights are located at the corners of the perimeter of the PP (FATO zone); 4 white recessed lights are located at the corners from the outside of the perimeter of the TLOF zone. 3 white spotlights are located on three sides of the perimeter of the FATO zone (north, east and west).
